Something Exciting Is Coming To Joint Effort...

We are thrilled to be adding small group fitness classes to Joint Effort starting May 1st! We will be offering general strength and core classes and a dancer-specific strength and core classes! Taught by our physical therapists, classes will be limited to 5 participants per class, so you will get more individual instruction with us! Be on the lookout for updates and booking information!
