Stretchy Sisters Resource Hub

Tools and guidance to support your care

Welcome to your wellness hub, a space that gives a little extra support between sessions.

You’ll find tools, tips, and resources that may be recommended by your care team to complement the work you’re doing in the clinic. Keep in mind, every body is different, and not everything here will be the right fit for everyone. What’s helpful can also change depending on how you’re feeling and where you are in your care.

If you’re ever unsure whether something on this page is right for you, bring it up at your next visit or check in with your physical therapist before trying something new. We’re always happy to help guide you!

Stretchy Sisters was started with the help of some of our clients.

As word started getting out, we started to see an increase in young women with hypermobility coming in to our clinic.  They would pass each other in between appointments, but they wanted more time to share experiences, resources, and commodore.

Thus, we started the Stretchy Sisters Collective, a free monthly support group. We socialize, play games, share resources, and just enjoy the support and company of each other.

UPCOMING MEETINGS:

May 11th at 6pm

June 18th at 6pm

July 20th at 6pm
