Did you know that the shoes on your feet are like tires on a car? They are a vital part of how our body aligns itself and how our muscles balance.

Using the guidelines from Postural Restoration's Hruska Clinic, our therapists will do a mini assessment with some basic tests to help determine what type of  sneaker is best for you based on your feet, posture, and walking analysis.

If needed, a second session may be warranted to re-test and determine if any additional adjustments need to be made.​
